Tabanan, December 4, 2023. Darmasiswa students of IKIP Saraswati joined cooking class with SMK Saraswati students. One of the menu was Sate Ayam. The experience typically begins with a visit to a local market, where vibrant stalls brim with fresh ingredients. Armed with skewers, marinated chicken, and a medley of spices, you dive into the art of crafting the perfect Sate Ayam. Accompanying the main course is the art of crafting the perfect peanut sauce, a velvety blend of peanuts, sweet soy sauce, tamarind, and a hint of chili for that distinctive kick.
